Orange cloth with gilt titling on spine and front, numerous black and white illustrations including floor and landscape plans, photographs, and drawings, 146 pages. Spine ends have minor bumping, pages clean and bright, tightly bound. Dust jacket has light edgewear, several creases front and back, slight chipping on top edge and spine ends, cover lightly sunned, particularly spine.
