Paris: Lacombe, Libraire, Quai de Conti, 1768. Some worming in Vol. I, not affecting text, else contents quite clean. A few minor restorations to the leather, spine gilt moderately chipped, sound and presentable none-the-less. Two volumes. xii, 515p; (iv), 456p (iii). Bound in contemporary mottled calf with marbled endpapers, text block edges stained red, the spines with leather title labels gilt and gilt panel ornaments. With the bookplate and his small shelf number tag of he eminent bookseller Georges Heilbrun.
