New York: Atheneum, 1965. 1st. Cloth. Collectible; Very Good/Very Good. The 1965 stated 1st edtion, SIGNED BY JAMES MERRILL on the title page. THIS COPY ALSO INCLUDES A HANDWRITTEN LETTER FROM MERRILL TO THE BOOK'S OWNER, MARY BOATWRIGHT, WHO WAS MERRILL'S NEIGHBOR IN STONINGTON, CT. A warm, lovely letter, written on Merrill's personal stationary and including the original envelope. The book itself has held up nicely too. Solid and VG+ (with a very light stain at the front panel's lower tip) in a bright, price-intact, VG+ dustjacket, with very mild darkening along the spine. Octavo, 147 pgs. Signed by Author.
