The Transvaal Leader, 1914. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. Rebound beautifully in quarter leather with gold gilt and raised bands to the spine. Regrettably, the fold-out maps are no longer present at the rear and plate 2 and 21 appear to be missing. The boards are a touch rubbed but remain strong and sturdy. Internally, there are a few faint stamp markings scattered throughout, but there are no other markings or inscriptions and the text remains neat and complete. The binding is secure. JK.
