Vilna: Tip. I.I. Pirozhnikova, 1909. First five issues of the Bundist literary journal in Yiddish, length ranging from 96 to 128 pages per issue, bound in green buckram boards, the the spine panel worn with some crinkling, interior pages evenly toned but otherwise in very good condition. Original covers apparently removed for binding. There appear to have been two later issues, not present here, though the few holdings in OCLC mostly include only the earliest issues. Not to be confused with other publications bearing the same title ("The New Age").
