Story of the taming of Lucy Harkness, title character (nickname), a post-WWI romance with a 1920s girl. 341 pages + advertisements, clean and square, page edges slightly dingy. Owner's name inked neatly on fep, dated 1930. Small area of bottom corner ffep and 1st leaf torn away. Some wear to backstrip ends and corners.
