Loss of colour on the spine section, and on part of the left-hand side of the front cover. Guilt title into the spine, blind stamped titling to the front panel. Darkening of the edges of the text block, Church of England bookshop stamp bottom left-hand corner of front free end page, what may possibly be a library identification sticker at the top left of the same, along with an inscription dated October 11, 1935. Internally clean, and free of inscription. This book does not set out to discuss the doctrine of the sacraments, but to trace the history of the fundamental presupposition upon which that doctrine was built. -- Page VII Size: 12mo (Small Hardcover).
