About This Item
Over 100 annotated games from early on in Alekhine's career, some of which were losses. This 1959 book is becoming increasingly hard to find and shows Fred Reinfeld at his analytical best. There is a 3-inch tear in the back cover, some writing inside in the margins (e.g. a 1-0-0, or a W-L-T, 0-1-0). Pages are also yellowed as one might expect in a paperback book of this age, but that does not hurt the legibility. Good reading copy.
