A series of reports about logging in Northern Ontario, dating to mid-1940s, in 29 cm green binder labeled Department of Lands & Forests. 3 diagrams, 23 tables, fold-out chart, 4 maps (Opasatika River, Upper Lost River, Smoky Falls Railway, & Swanson Township operations). 34 small b&w photos inserted at rear show various mills, burn area, Fort Charles Hudson Bay supply ship and R.C.D. boats at Moosonee, Hudson Bay Post at Moose Factory, small town of McInnis north of Cochrane, Lake Abitibi. Occasional pencil notes, extra binder holes.
