"A descriptive view book in colors, reproducing from actual photographs the most prominent views in the City of Denver and the surrounding mountain regions; in which districts are embraced the Denver Mountain Park system, the Rocky Mountain Park and Estes Park." Cord-tied spine. Landscape orientation. Condition notes - un numbered pp; PB. Pages: clean, bright, tight, color title page w/ tissue guard; a.e. lt tanned, commentary inked to lfep verso. Cover: heavy soft brown yapped wraps, large color paster + gilt/black embossed ornamentation and titles front, plain spine; modest edge shelfwear, w/ somewhat tattered edges, several tears across spine, 0.5 inch chip to head, med closed tear back. Lovely period book.

Poor(P)-truly ugly, disbound or requiring other major rehabilitation. We stabilize most minor defects with archival quality materials, and with few exceptions, these stabilizations are reversible
