Brown cloth covered boards with gilt titles to sp[ine. Top pages edges dusty. . This volume was assembled from the Weil Lectures delivered by Laski at the University of North Carolina. Laski was a professor at the London School of Economics from 1926 to 1950 and was the chairman of the British Labour Party from 1945 to 1946.
