Four copper engraved plates; large fold-outs, plus title vignette, head and tail pieces and initials. Index and errata page. A discussion of the magical mineral waters and baths of Porreta Terme near Bologna at the foot of the Appennines. Elegantly printed with wide text margins, title page remargined, uncut, last few leaves with dampstains in gutter not affecting text, a very clean and crisp copy.
