Clean, large format hardback bound in quarter red cloth and pictorial boards, some sections pulled, boards bowed, rubbed and marked, some foxing on page edges and endpapers, gift inscription on front pastedown dated 1918. Unpaginated (approx 48 pages), 6 colour illustrations on plates plus numerous illustrations in the text. Book undated but assume 1918 based on inscription. Book aimed at children/young people .
