An otherwise clean and firmly bound example in handsome 3/4 green morocco and marbled boards with marbled endpapers; very good. Top edge gilt. Some scuffing to corners; overall very good. A comprehensive history of cartography of the "New World." Text in French. Howes H248 (d).
