Tokyo: Kodansha International, 1964. 1st edition. Cloth. Fine/Very Good-dj; VG slipcase. 1st edition, stated. A Fine copy in Very Good dust jacket, housed in a Very Good slipcase. Folio, 262 pp., illustrated throughout with numerous tipped on photographic plates. Black and white cloth in white dust jacket, housed in the publisher's red slipcase. The dj has has a couple small closed tears, and a small loss at the spine's crown. The slipcase has some rubbing at the opening and a bit dust soiled. Expedited and international shipping will require additional postage.
