The book itself is in beautiful condition, teal/grey with bright red lettering on the spine, and red to the top of the page-edges. The dustjacket is unclipped and bears the price 8s 6d. It has wear to the edges and corners and one small closed tear. This is the 1959 Readers Union version of the book originally published in 1957. Very rare in the UK.
