First edition, octavo, pp. 86. Fine fold-out plate. Foxing on top edge & fore-edge of text block, still easily very good in the publisher's blue cloth with spine lettering gilt. Promotional sheet laid in. Good-only dust jacket a little tired from pre-mylar days, with a couple of small stray marks on front panel and light rubbing at crown of spine. Jacket now ensconced in a new sheet of archival Brodart.
