Early edition of A Debt Discharged by Edgar Wallace in the original publisher's cloth binding and unclipped dust wrapper. One of Wallace's earliest crime novels, first published in 1916.Edgar Wallace was a prolific British crime and detective writer who wrote nearly a thousand short stories and over one hundred and seventy novels. An early reprint, dated from the notice to the dust wrapper which states 'No book written by Dornford Yates is now out of print of unobtainable 1/11/54'. In the original publisher's cloth binding and unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, very smart. There is some minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine. There is some light spotting to the fore edge. The front hinge is slightly strained but firm. To the dust wrapper, there are a few small tears and creases to the extremities and light age toning. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean with some light age toning. Very Good Indeed
