A cunning Dalziel and Pascoe novel that keeps the reader guessing. The question posed is Patrick Aldermann a fiendishly clever murderer? The books pages are age toned, but square and tight with no marks or inscriptions. Slight wear to the jacket on top right corner o/w nice and clean. Remains of a sticker to the top jacket flap on front.

Laid in is a postcard from the author written in his hand: "Dear Michael, Glad you liked the piece. Enclosed are the signed pages. Best, Reg.". Dated 20/2/02.
