Doubleday & Company, 1964. Paperback. Very good/N/A. Revised and enlarged edition. Intro and with notes by Theodor H. Gaster. Fading, slight curve and reading creases to spine, with some chipping to cover around the hinge towards the bottom of book. Edge wear and creases to corners. Line from yellow marker in margin on page 19 and previous owner's name written on inside of front cover, otherwise pages are clean and unmarked though tanned. Binding is tight.
