Lexington, NC: Jostens, Inc., 1993. First Edition First Printing . Hardcover. Very Good/Fair. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. Quarto. 222 pages. Hardcover with a green dust jacket. The jacket is worn and has some edge tears and creases. There is a longer tear on the fore edge of the front turn-in at the top corner. Heavier rubbing to the jacket's rear panel. Jacket front panel design is from a painting by Dempsey Essick. Illustrations throughout, mostly by photo but with some drawings.
