Clean, unmarked book. Front hinge cracked, but binding solid. Covers show minor edge wear, spotting. Old bookseller label front paste-down. Most of text in Welch. Author was Professor of Elocution and Oratory at the Wyoming Seminary at Kingston, Pa. Book condition VG-. Uncommon.
