Included is a proof jacket that is the same as the original minus the typesetting (but include the illustration). Both are in great condition with just a bit of edgewear. Inscribed and Signed to his Literary Agent, Henry Volkening, thanking him for sticking with him throughout the writing of the book. . Inscribed and Signed By Author. First Edition. Hard Cover. Near Fine/Near Fine.
