Darien, part of McIntosh County Georgia, was a booming community from the late 1800's to the 1920's because of its abundance of yellow pine timber and it's location on the Georgia Coast. After the Civil War, Darien took it's place as an up and coming town of the "New South". Book Condition is Fine; large trade paperback, uncreased binding, faint upturn to front cover. Many B&W photos; signed on title page by Mr. Sullivan. 126pp. First Edition. Comes to you in an acid free document bag for storage. I can have it in the mail tomorrow.
