NP ND [ca. 1950?], 0000. First Edition. Trade Paperback. Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" A very good- copy- in wrappers (slight stains/creases/rubbing to wraps). tall 8vo 16pp Upper wrapp er title. Text in French. Study principally synopsizing the 'Divine Comedy' , with various references to later European writers; passages from the poem in Figueras' own translation. Presentation copy, signed and inscribed by F igueras in blue ink (in French) on verso of upper wrapper. Exterior as note d (stains chiefly to upper wrapper); slight creases to upper right corners of few leaves, slight internal rubbing and browning, else a fairly servicea ble copy of a probable offprint from an unidentified journal.
