Detailed color photographs of museum-quality models are also included. The work focusses both on construction techniques and decorative elements. Vol. I consists of plates and historical text. Vol. II contains plans and lines of 91 vessels in folding and double page plates. Text in both volumes is in Danish, but an English Summary is included at the end of the first volume.
