About This Item

New York: A. S. Barnes, 1939. Revised Edition. This copy belonged to Hollywood dancer & dance director Le Roy Prinz and has his autograph signature as well as his terrific bookplate (showing the masks of comedy & tragedy with a World War I airplane with the American Hat-In-the-Ring Fighter Squadron emblem above (of which Prinz was a member). Prinz worked on such films as Yankee Doodle Dandy, Showboat, April In Paris, The Helen Morgan Story, South Pacific, Rhapsody In Blue, Night and Day, etc. Very good copy.
