Privately Printed. Fair with no dust jacket. 1966. First Edition. Hardcover. Signed by author on copyright page. First edition, first printing. No dust jacket. Black covers with gilt designs on front and gilt lettering on spine. Upper corners of covers are bumped and creased. Bottom edges of covers and spine are worn. Back cover is stained over upper half. Spine is cocked some. Upper edges of back cover and last half of pages have wrinkling caused by water damage. Inner front hinge is split at bottom in front of title page. Book is in fair condition. Small 4to, 240 pages, 2.1 lb.; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall; 240 pages; Signed by Author .
