NY: E.P. Dutton & Co., Inc.. VG. 1930. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Stated first edition quarter bound in red cloth and red, black, and wh ite decorated boards. Decorated endpapers, 5 1/4" X 8", 110 pages. A V ery Good copy in a Fair to Good dust jacket. The book has frays and ti ny bumps to the corners. Brief inked gift inscription on the front fly . Some tanning to the boards. Contents otherwise clean and unmarked. T he scarce dust jacket has chips to its corners and along the head and base of its spine. The front panel has a 1" long chip at its lower edg e. The rear panel has a 1" x 1 1/2" chip at its lower left edge. Dust soiling to the jacket's spine and panels. Some heavier soiling to the rear panel. Illustrated in silhouettes by Ethel C. Taylor. .
