Madison, WI: Author, 1977 Full red buckram, gilt titling. Light wear, probably issued without jacket. INSCRIBED by the author to Bob Hall on the first page. Text clean; [8], 99 pages, b/w photos. Biography and family history of a man who grew up poor in St. Louis & New Haven, Missouri, left his family at the age of 11, moved to Kansas City and struggled to provide a better life for himself. He eventually found success in the furniture trade, which his sons followed as well.. Signed by Author. First Edition. Buckram. Very Good/No Jacket. 5¾" by 8¾".
