About This Item
US: de Laurence, Scott & Co, 1913. Hardback. Very Good -. Black cloth over boards with gilt particulars to front board. A few pages have stamping of text and illustrations but all text remains legible; light dampstain to lower corner of first few pages; top corner cut at first free endpaper. Frontispiece is bright and unmarked. Text block is tanned and foxed; pastedowns have soiling at edges where glue slightly shows through. Front board is soiled at lower corner with bump to top edge; bumping and rubbing to corners and ends of spine; white mark to spine near headcap. Binding is tight and square.
