The author, born in Indiana, was a member of the Communist party from 1935 until 1945. Upon leaving the party his several books have provided insight into the Communist activities in America (xiii, 242 pages) 8vo. Black cloth stamped in gilt on spine. Dust jacket has a one inch triangular piece missing from back near spine - all text intact. Very clean. Fine/VG .
