About This Item

Heron Books, Geneva, Switzerland, 1982. First Edition. Softcover. Very Good Condition. Black and white illustrated author portrait as frontispiece. Black coloured textured paperback binding with red coloured decoration to the front panel; with red and gilt coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. A book involving art theft – a young man is found with a stolen Rubens, but his QC is not convinced that he is guilty. And in the courtroom the young man's guilt or innocence depends upon the QC's examination of witnesses. I don't think this book has ever actually been read – as when you open the pages it has a "tightness" to the pages. Very minor rubbing of the book edges with even light age toning of the text block edges and pages. Browning to the verso of the book panels. first edition by this publisher. Size: 12mo (standard paperback). 189, [1] pages.. Please refer to accompanying picture (s). Quantity Available: 1. Shipped Weight: Under 1 kilo. Category: Crime Fiction; ISBN: 2830202236.
