Some wear and bumping to corners and bottom board edges, exposing cardboard; wear and some fraying to head and foot of spine, sunning to spine, some soiling to covers, slanting to spine, foxing to page edges, pages browned, some cracking to spine in text, former owner's name penciled to title page. Org. cloth, blind-stamped covers, gilt spine lettering faded with bumping to head and foot, edges rubbed and covers a bit worn. Posthumously published, edited by William Samuel Symonds (1818-1887).
