Tadema, 1865-1940, wrote many works including Wings of Icarus; One Way of Love; Poland, Russia, and the War; and Realms of Unknown Kings. She also translated Maeterlinck's work. She was the daughter of Victorian artist Sir Lawrence Tadema. Covers well-darkened, especially the backstrip and edges. All edges uncut. Corners bumped and frayed, endpapers spotty.
