This volume has a manuscript LETTER BY CROKER, dated 1819, regarding the purchase of a portrait at the Royal Academy. An obituary of the editor Louis J. Jennings tipped to back of front blank. Engraving of Sir Robert Peel tipped to back of front free end paper. Brown cloth, gilt designs and lettering front cover & spine. Very Good. Clean, unmarked, age-toned, front end papers glued at inner margins.
