About This Item

Longman, Brown, Green and Longmans, 1854. Hardcover. Very Good. A handsome, bright two volume set in green half leather. Marbled endpapers and pages' edges. Clean, tight copies. The leather corners are only slightly rubbed and scuffed; the heads and feet of the spines likewise. Gilt-embossed title label in red leather on the heavily gilt-embossed spine of volume 1; the other red leather labellings are missing on both volumes.
