East Aurora, N.Y.: Roycrofters, 1906. Hardcover. Near Fine -. 59, [3] p., 2 leaves of plates signed "Schneider"; 22 cm. Olive green suede over card boards with gilt-stamped title on front board within smooth calf decorated rectangle; yapp edges. Light green silk lining inside of each board. Top page edges gilt. Light green ribbon bookmark. Printed on watermarked Roycroft paper. The portrait of Ingersoll is not bound in as a frontispiece but rather precedes the first page of text. Small Roycrofter's label on back free endpaper with handwritten number "3725" inside. In Near Fine- Condition: spine and edges are slightly brown; loss at lower corner of front cover; otherwise, clean and crisp.
