Cape, 1924. 1st edition. Hardcover. Very clean boards front and back, slghtly browned spine, couple of small brown marks, very clean pages and endpapers bar two small spots on the front text block. The classic fictional tale of English village sporting rivalry, between Tillingfold and Raveley one summer's afternoon in Sussex in 1921. This is the true first printing, in very good condition, and scarce thus.
