Boston: Houghton Mifflin Company, 1910. First Edition. . Hardcover. Very Good+/No Jacket. Varian, George. Volume 4 in the author's St. Timothy's series. Bound in brown cloth with titles and decorations stamped in black. First edition, with corresponding 1910 dates to the title and copyright pages. With four illustrations on coated paper by George Varian, all present. Christmas 1912 gift inscription to the front free endpaper, otherwise unmarked. The cloth shows only a touch of edgewear but does exhibit faint foxing or damp splash marks to the spine only (see photos). Hinges solid; binding square. A clean, tight copy. Mattson & Davis 52100, format 2. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall
