Very Good/Fair. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 509 pp. Tan/ecru cloth boards are clean except for rear bottom edge which shows some darkening. Page edges have substantial foxing/spotting, and end papers have slight discoloration. Text block is clean, and book is tight. Publication announcement from The Pemberton Press is laid in. Dust jacket has price intact. Flap folds, hinges and spine show considerable insect damage. Rear panel and flap folds show darkening and foxing on edges. A few small closed tears on edges. Still bright front panel with brown backbround and historic county buildings depicted. Now in protective cover.
