A. Zwemmer Ltd, 1956. Hardcover. Very Good. 9-1/2 by 13 inches. 49 pages followed by 128 plates, most of which are in color. A good reference copy. Red cloth with gilt lettering showing tide marks to bottom corners which have offset to the jacket verso. With German publisher's name on the jacket but London publisher on the title page (both listed on the copyright). Many plates loose but complete. Foxing to some edges. In the publisher's bumped and soiled slipcase.
