About This Item
Arbor House, 1982. First Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good+. Inscribed by Kanin to Douglas Fairbanks, Jr., and his wife, Mary Lee. Fairbanks (1909-2000) was an iconic American actor from Hollywoods Golden Era (his credits include Gunga Din), and a highly decorated naval officer of World War II. Kanin wrote and directed numerous plays and films. Gilt-stamped cloth; illustrated dust jacket. Corners just a little bumped, else fine. Dust jacket faintly tanned; a few small closed tears or chips along the edges. A nice association copy.
