First printing, a slim chapbook. The first book collection of by this Native American (Laguna Pueblo)-Lebanese-American writer Printed in an edition of 500 copies by the West Coast Print Center. Illustrated with graphics by Paul Vane. Casa Editorial Chapbook Number Four. Born in New Mexico, Sanchez spent many years in the San Francisco Bay area, where she ran the open mic poetry readings at the Coffee Gallery in North Beach in the late 1960s to mid-1970s. In 1973, she co-created the Bay Area Poets Coalition. Unpaginated.
