St. Padraic Press, Cincinnati, OH, 2001. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good Condition/Very Good. Signed by Author. Very Good hardback in Very Good DJ, now protected in Brodart mylar archival cover. Inscribed by the author on the title page: "For [name] | All the best, | always. | [Sig] | 2002" Dark green cloth over boards with bright gilt title on spine. xx, 421 p.: map; 24 cm. Size: 9" -11" - Small Quarto (Sm. 4to). 421 pages. Text block is clean and unmarked. Binding is tight; corners sharp. Unclipped DJ has a copper-colored sticker on the front panel noting the noting the book is ForeWard Manager's Book of the Year; the sticker is heavily worn. The texturing of the illustration on the jacket makes it hard to tell, there there are a couple of spots that show up on the inside of the jacket. One is about the size of a quarter at the top of the front panel; the other is about the size of a nickel at the top of the back panel. There is a little waviness to the top outside edge of the front endpaper where it seemed to have gotten a little wet at some point.
