Grosset & Dunlap, 1930. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. Signed. Stated second printing on copyright page with the Harper publishing code identification, K-E (October 1930). Laid in with the original transmittal envelope is a typed letter on Outdoor Life letterhead SIGNED by Jack O'Connor. The volume, orange cloth with black stamped lettering and orange top-stain, is lightly bumped on the spine ends, has stamped numbers on the front endpaper, and the text leaves are gently toned. Solid binding. The sleeve protected dust jacket is lightly soiled and has edge wear to include chips, closed tears and wrinkling. Second printing of the author's first book.
