London: Thornton Butterworth Ltd, 1937. Early Reprint. Hardcover with Dust Jacket. Very Good/Very Good. H. G. Ponting, et al. (photography). 8vo. Pp. 317, [3], followed by publisher ades. With 11 maps and diagrams, three folding. Illustrated with 16 plates, and with 11 schedules and lists. Glossary. Three appendices. Index. Bound in publisher's green cloth with emblem blindstamped on front board, black lettering on front board and spine. Slight foxing to edges of text block; bookseller tag on front pastedown; former owner name on front free endpaper, dated 1942. In the printed dust jacket, spine a trifle darkened. A volume in the publisher's Keystone Library series, first published 1934, and using those sheets with half-title and title cancelled and replaced with new leaves tipped into the original stubs. A handsome, presentable book with dust jacket now housed in a removable, clear archival sleeve.
