Printed August, 1906, octavo, pp. xi, 543. Illustrations by Florence Scovel Shinn. Previous owner name & small bookseller ticket on free front endpaper. Top edge gilt. Light foxing to endpapers & page edges, and modest wear to board tips & spine ends, as with age and handling, but a solid, nearly very good copy in the publisher's maroon cloth, gilt stamped on spine and upper board. Upper board with single-ruled gilt border, as well.
