Dommen charges that unrest in Laos is Vietnamese-caused. Dommer's vita says he "was Bureau Manager for UPI in Saigon and Hong Kong from 1959 to 1963. He has travelled extensively throughout Indochina, and knows the leaders and the peoples. In 1963-64, he was Press Fellow at the CFR," &c &c.
