Charles Scribner's Sons, New York , 1923. Very Good leather bound hardback. Corners a little bumped, and some wear to the top and bottom of the spine. Previous owner's name in ink on front endpaper. Missing dust jacket. The subtitle pretty much describes the book. Some excellent illustrations by the very prolific Fredric Rodrigo Gruger.
